RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. Most standard Hanami Botanic items may be returned for a 100% refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at hanamibotanic@gmail.com, including:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return

Return instructions will be provided by email.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and suitable for resale
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
  • Returned items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling may be refused

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • shipping fees
  • international return shipping fees
  • customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred on returned international shipments

Hanami Botanic does not reimburse customs duties or import taxes on returned items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Hanami Botanic will cover return and replacement costs only if the damage is confirmed to be the result of transportation.

To report shipping damage:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in the claim being refused.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or refusal of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Handcrafted items may show minor variations and are not considered defective
  • International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations
  • Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for free return shipping or refunds of shipping costs
