ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are carefully prepared and processed in our workshop before being handed over to our shipping partner.
Once your order has been picked up, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may vary slightly depending on the nature of the product (handcrafted items) and order volume, but we always aim to ship as promptly as possible.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
After pickup, your order is transported to a local distribution center and then delivered to its final destination.
- Typical transit time: 1 to 5 business days, depending on destination
- Remote or rural areas may require an additional 3 to 5 business days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged by U.S. Customs or the carrier upon delivery.
Hanami Botanic ships orders on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis and cannot predict, control, or reimburse these charges.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or carrier delays.
Deliveries to urban areas are generally faster than those to rural or remote regions, including locations requiring ferry access.
Unless specifically requested, shipments do not require a signature, and carriers cannot be instructed to leave packages in a designated location.
