Stress & Irritability — Relaxing Botanical Bath Soak

Stress doesn’t always arrive with force.
Often, it appears quietly —
lighter sleep,
persistent fatigue,
a growing impatience with small things.
Then irritability follows:
too much noise,
too many people,
too much to do…
everything becomes a little too much.
These reactions don’t signal a lack of control —
they simply reveal an inner space
that needs a little room.
This ritual was imagined as a slow pause —
a moment to let the current settle
and to find a gentler rhythm again.
The Experience
When the inner world tightens,
a warm bath can become a simple refuge —
a place to settle for a few moments.
I composed this blend as a calming synergy,
where floral, citrus and woody notes meet*:
• True Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
• Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
• Geranium Bourbon (Pelargonium graveolens)
• Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides)
• Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)
Soft, lightly woody,
its scent evokes warm night air after the rain.
Dead Sea salts dissolve slowly,
leaving a gentle mineral embrace on the skin.
*For external use only — not a treatment.
How to Use
Add about three tablespoons (≈ 30 g) to a warm bath.
Let the warmth settle,
breathe slowly,
and give the body time to unwind.
What This Ritual Invites
• A quiet moment after a demanding day
• A soothing floral-woody atmosphere
• A simple return to the body
• Skin softened by mineral salts
This ritual does not seek to erase stress —
it simply offers a place to rest,
long enough to return quietly to oneself.
A Note from Christian
Each Hanami botanical bath soak is handcrafted
at an intentionally gentle pace.
Its scent is natural — sometimes surprising —
expressing the plants directly,
without embellishment.
