When Fear Rises: How I Use Essential Oils

Fear doesn’t always respond to logic, the body shifts into protection mode, breath shortens, and the mind jumps to worst-case scenarios.

In this article, I share how I use five essential oils to lower the inner alarm just enough to choose my next step: khella to reopen the breath, frankincense serrata to calm mental fear, saro to restore movement, scots pine to straighten the inner axis, and hyssop decumbens to soften the throat and lengthen the exhale.
