Fear — Warming Botanical Bath Soak
Fear — Warming Botanical Bath Soak

There are fears we can name —
the ones we understand and slowly learn to soften.
And then there are the quiet ones:
a knot in the stomach,
a silent worry about tomorrow,
the feeling of fragility without knowing why.
These fears are not here to stop us —
they simply ask to be acknowledged.
This ritual was born from that idea:
to offer a warm, simple moment
where we can settle when the inner landscape feels tight.
The Experience
When the body feels tense on the inside,
a warm bath can become a refuge —
a quiet place to reconnect with oneself.
I imagined this bath as a comforting synergy,
an accord of essential oils chosen to create
a warm, woody, intimate atmosphere:
• Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides)
• Amyris (Amyris balsamifera)
• Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)
• Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
• Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens)
Dark and luminous at once,
its aroma evokes grounding, presence,
and the kind of warmth that returns slowly, from within.
Dead Sea salts dissolve gently,
leaving a soft, mineral embrace on the skin.
*For external use only — not a treatment.
How to Use
Add about three tablespoons (≈ 30 g) to a warm bath.
Enter slowly, let the warmth settle,
and give this moment your quiet attention.
What This Ritual Invites
• A space to welcome what arises
• A warm and reassuring atmosphere
• A deeper sense of grounding
• Skin softened by mineral salts
This ritual does not try to erase fear.
It simply accompanies these fragile moments —
like a gentle hand resting on the shoulder.
A Note from Christian
Each Hanami botanical bath soak is crafted by hand, to order.
This slow, intentional process respects
the natural rhythm of creation.
The scent is intentionally honest — sometimes surprising —
reflecting the plants as they are,
in their simplest and truest nature.
